What is the Sugar Factory?
These fruity colorful drinks, also known as goblets are found in the jaw-dropping restaurant known as the Sugar Factory. This restaurant has over 20 locations in the world and over 10 in the United States alone. This high-end, eye-popping restaurant has a full menu full of juicy mouth-watering burgers and sliders, a notorious sweet breakfast menu and of course a very long sugar-filled dessert menu. On this blog, I will be taking items from the menu in NYC.
The story behind it all
The owner of the first ever Sugar Factory in Las Vegas, Charissa Davidovicci, always says “It’s not just a normal lollipop you can buy for a dollar". This saying relates to the story of before opening up her own restaurant, she had sold lollipops with accessories making it a "Culture Pop". This bedazzled lollipop goes for $30 and comes in 10 different flavors. Davidovicci came up with these lollipops when she was a pre-school teacher and she knew she wanted to make a sugary treat to make others smile.

Time to eat
As a result of their menu being so big, I am going to focus on mostly just their lunch items (Burgers) and desserts (Goblets) rather than their alcoholic beverages, breakfast menu and more.
On this part of the menu it shows the selection of burgers and pasta two of their main and most enjoyed lunch and dinner items. The Burger selection contains something from a classic with cheese, pickles, tomatoes and bacon to the Spicy Jalepeno burger which is loaded with crispy diced jalepenos, bacon, cheese, onion rings and more. When I went there about a year ago I ordered and LOVED the Pizza burger. I couldnt make up my mind about either pizza or a burger so I got the best thing: The Pizza Burger. This Burger has fresh mozzarella and provolone, marinara, pepperoni on a nice brioche toasted bun. This was Heaven, even vegetarians would switch over to meat for a day just to take a bite. It was one of the best burgers I have ever had period. Note, every burger comes with a basket of fries :)))

These are 4 of the Sugar Factory's most popular drinks known as Goblets (alcoholic and NON-alcoholic). These drink all have a carbonated and fruity flavor. However what makes them so satisfying to look at is there is dry ice within the cup so when the carbonated juice is poured in the dry icy turns to colorless smoke. Starting with the blue one, also known as Ocean Blue is a blue rasberry flavor and topped with blue gummy sharks. Next the green one, also known as Lollipop Passion is a tangy sour green apple with two swirly lollipops and a candy necklace tied. Then there is the the orange one, also known as Passion Punch which has a very sweet orange taste topped with sugar peaches. Lastly there is the white one, also known as the White Gummy which is a sour lemon flavor topped with gummy worms. When I went there my table ordered the Ocean Blue, which I personally liked very much because it was not too sweet and a had a mild and fruity flavor. In addition to the Ocean Blue I also tried the Lollipop Passion which I don't necessarily recommend people who cant handle over the top sweet flavor. NOTE: All Goblets go for $35, and in addition to the goblets the Sugar Factory also has crazy shakes and other ice cream desserts.
Wait celebrities have been here?
Yup!! Many celebrities ranging from Drake to Mariah Carrey have stepped foot into a Sugar Factory.
