You´ve Been CHOPT

After a long day of soccer practice, 2 quizzes and 6 hours of sleep
the night before your stomach is the itching cause of its hunger.
You get home and find that there is nothing to eat, as usual.
All there is cereal, a brown banana or two and some leftover
vegetable stirfry from last night. YUCK!
You're really craving a tender, bacon, and cheese filled burger.
However, you remind yourself you wanna start eating healthy.
You think of a salad, a nice creamy blend of fresh romaine, ranch,
with cucumbers, parmesan, fried chicken.
Your mouth is just watering by this thought.
Then you snap back into reality and realize your only home,
back at that same home with nothing to eat, and no dream salad.
However, there is a place that does make your dream salad.
Where you say? At Chopt, in Florham Park. Chopt is a new modern,
fresh salad cuisine. They have a very big menu,
with many different combinations of salads and each one is very healthy and
tasteful, and they have their own salad bar so you can pick and choose what
YOU want.

MENU

Their menu is very unique with over 20 combinations.
The menu is divided into 5 divisions, containing Italian, Classics,
Light, Bold and Grain. Each division has 4 salads. Starting in their
Classics one of their most favorable blends is the Classic Cob.
The Classic Cob contains grilled chicken, avocado, smoked bacon,
cage-free egg, cherry tomatoes on a bed of romaine.
This is one bowl of flavor, protein and will sure to make you full.

Next, on their Light section,
they have a Kale Cesar, which contains parmesan, hot bread oven croutons,
grilled chicken, on a bed of kale and romaine. I personally have had this before and it one of my
favorites, it's so light, and refreshing and highly recommended.
Continuing on the Bold section they offer what's called a Texas
Po´Boy which is a combination of panko fried chicken,
grape tomatoes, charred red onion, cheddar on romaine. This is also one of my favorites because
I love fried chicken so this gives me a way to have this fried
food in little bits with tohe3r vegetables.

Lastly on their grains section of their most popular bowls is the Chicken Tinga which contains braised grilled chicken tinga, southwest quinoa blend, avocado, scallions, tortilla chips, cotija cheese, on a bed of kale and romaine.

Others

Although from their salads there are much more on this menu. They have 20 original salad dressings such as Mexican Ceasar,
Tex Mex Ranch, Basil Mint Vinaigrette, and many more. In addition to, they have 2 choices of soups which are there Tomato Basil, and Mexican Chicken
Soup. One very interesting and one very popular things about this restaurant is that they have their own very big salad bar., Thusi salad bar is a very big and
bold assortment of many toppings, kinds of lettuce, meats, cheeses and many
more.
